Despite the potential that women entrepreneurs possess, they often encounter unique social, cultural, educational, and technological challenges compared to their male counterparts when it comes to establishing and growing their own businesses, as well as accessing economic resources.
Commenting on this she said; “It hasn’t been always easy for me as a woman to tackle being a business owner and being a wife, mom and a daughter in law. Society has always thought women should stay home and take care of children but I have worked so hard and proved that women can run businesses and actually do it to perfection. I always make sure I’m the woman at home and the boss at work and it’s been working well for my family.”
Extensive global data analytics, evidence, and firsthand experiences unequivocally reveal that the inclusion of women is a catalyst for economic growth and stability, particularly during times of fiscal challenges. As a result, achieving gender equality and ensuring fair treatment for women and girls is not only a matter of ethics but also a moral imperative.
“I believe in gender equality and judging from how our societies are beginning to treat and value the girl child I see more light in gender equality. Women are now getting same opportunities in work spaces as the men but there is still a lot of work to be done in societies. I believe one day they will be gender equality balance.”
