After coming across several people complaining about taking their eggs for hatching and not being satisfied with the number of chicks they had received from the hatcheries compared to the number of eggs that they would have taken she realised a gap in the market.

She then started researching on egg incubators thus her entrepreneurship journey began.  The venture is headquartered in Harare but they do have sales agents and service centres in Masvingo as well as Chiredzi. In an industry that is predominantly male driven, Gottteshand which is directed by women is breaking the glass ceiling by making a name for themselves.

The vision of the company is to be a world class supplier of sustainable high-tech agricultural equipment for farmers hence contributing to getting Zimbabwe back to the bread basket of Africa status and beyond.
