ROYAL Secrets is set to expand its brand to East Africa this year, with plans to diversify its products and market share beyond SADC countries like Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and South Africa.

Royal Secrets manufactures beauty and hygiene products like perfumes and cosmetics, then sell them through a network of sales agent working full or part time. It has up to 80 fragrances, roll o-ns, Skin care range which consists of Scrubs, Clay Masks, Anti blemish, Anti -ageing creams, Moisture risers and tissue oils.

“For 2022 we plan to launch the brand in east Africa, and to introduce a line of makeup products because we were doing only fragrance and skin care. We are planning to launch the brand in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, and to take on as many agents as above 30 000 during the seminars that will be held in Nairobi and Kampala early this year,” Royal Secrets CEO, Talent Madziwo revealed.

“We want to introduce face powders, lipsticks and other color cosmetics. People are in love with our products quality and affordability, and they would want us to launch makeup as well so that they get their whole routine products in one place.

“Consistent with the collective aspirations and determination of the staff and sales agents of Royal Secrets, we’re heading towards attaining the objectives of our vision of being the number one best cosmetic and fragrance company in the world.”

This comes as Euromonitor International estimates the beauty industry in the Middle East and Africa at about US$25.4 billion – with the market expected to grow by 6.4 percent yearly over the next three years, making the Middle East and Africa the fastest-growing region in beauty and personal care products.

“Anyone can become a Sales agent working part time or full time and what makes us a network marketing company is that if you bring more members to become sales agents. Ones gets to score some points which are paid as hard cash, meaning every hard work you do in Royal Secrets we reward you,” Madziwo said.
